Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Docraft.

The service

The Transform lane converts native PDF documents into editable Microsoft Word files. Conversion is automated and imperfect: we reconstruct as much of the original as we can and report what we could not. You are responsible for checking the output before relying on it.

The separate experimental AI Scan Lab analyses one consented page from a public, synthetic, or rights-cleared scan and may send that page to an external AI provider. It is a research preview, does not support handwriting or signatures, and is not a production promise for confidential or customer documents.

Your content

You keep every right in the documents you upload. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the conversion and store the result until your retention window ends.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload, and that it does not contain material you are not permitted to process.

Accounts and workspaces

A workspace belongs to the company that created it. Workspace admins can invite and remove people, and can see every conversion made in that workspace — including yours.

Acceptable use

Do not use Docraft to process material you have no right to, to attack the service, or to work around usage limits. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will say why.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the period you have paid for. Usage limits are per workspace and stated on the pricing page.

Availability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it always will be. Conversion is computationally expensive, and we may queue or slow jobs during unusual load.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited.
